OSSSC Radiographer Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates should verify all eligibility conditions from the official advertisement before applying.

1. Educational Qualification

The basic educational requirement includes:

  • Passed +2 Science examination conducted by CHSE, Odisha, or an equivalent examination.
  • Passed Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT) or Bachelor in Medical Radiation Technology (BMRT) from a qualifying recognised institution.
  • Possess the required registration with the Radiographers Council of the State of Odisha.

The 2026 recruitment therefore clearly recognises the DMRT/BMRT route. This is an important change from older information that suggested BMRT holders could apply only if they also possessed DMRT. 2. Radiographers Council Registration
