  • Educational Qualifications: You need a minimum of 60% marks in B.Sc. (Radiography) OR a minimum of 50% marks in B.Sc. combined with a 1-year Diploma in Radiography. The best part? No prior experience is required!
  • Selection Process: Selection will primarily be based on your performance in a Personal Interview. However, if they receive a high volume of applications, NFC reserves the right to conduct a Screening Test (75 multiple-choice questions over 90 minutes, with negative marking) to shortlist candidates.

2. Technician (B) (X-ray Technician) - Post Code 12606

If you are starting your career with a trade certificate, this Group 'C' (Non-Gazetted – Technical) role is an excellent entry point. There is also 1 Unreserved (UR) vacancy available for this position.

  • Pay Scale: The role offers a basic pay of Rs. 21,700/- in Level 3 of the pay matrix, plus allowances.
  • Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 to 25 years of age.
  • Educational Qualifications: You must have a minimum of 60% in HSC (Science) AND a One-year Medical Radiography / X-ray Technique Trade certificate from a recognized institution. Like the assistant role, no prior experience is required.
  • Selection Process: This role involves a more structured, three-stage selection process:
    1. Stage 1 – Preliminary Test: A one-hour exam consisting of 50 MCQs covering Mathematics (20 questions), Science (20 questions), and General Awareness (10 questions).
    2. Stage 2 – Advanced Test: A two-hour exam with 50 MCQs in your specialty for candidates who clear Stage 1.
    3. Stage 3 – Skill Test: A practical, "Go / No-Go" assessment for candidates shortlisted based on their Stage 2 merit.
