Position Overview

ACI Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a dedicated and skilled Residents Medical Officer (RMO) to provide exceptional patient care and support our medical team. Responsibilities

Patient Care:

  • Provide round-the-clock medical care to inpatients and outpatients under the guidance of senior consultants.
  • Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer treatments as prescribed.
  • Respond to medical emergencies promptly and ensure timely intervention.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Update patient records and communicate effectively with family members regarding treatment plans.
  • Ensure seamless handover of patient information during shift changes.

Medical Procedures and Monitoring:

  • Assist in performing minor medical procedures, including dressing wounds, inserting IVs, and catheterization.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to senior medical staff.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with hospital policies.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and hospital protocols.
  • Participate in hospital training programs, case discussions, and continuing medical education (CME).

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 0-3 years of experience as a medical officer in a hospital setting (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hospital workflows.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient-centric approach with the ability to work under pressure.
