Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the appointment scheduling system to ensure efficiency and minimal waiting times.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain patient registration and documentation with accuracy.
- Handle billing inquiries and guide patients through payment processes.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding hospital services, policies, and procedures.
- Notify medical staff promptly of any emergencies or patient concerns.
Customer Service:
- Address patient and visitor concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Build a positive rapport with patients to enhance their experience at the hospital.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate from any streem .
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hospital management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A welcoming and patient-focused attitude with attention to detail.
