Job Opportunity: Medical Laboratory Technician
Location: ACI Super Speciality Hospital, Nalco Square, Bhubaneswar
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology,B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), or equivalent.
- Certification: Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from a recognized body (e.g., State government registration certificate) is preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic tests on patient samples, including blood, urine, and tissue, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation of test results and assist in preparing reports for medical staff.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare staff to support patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering laboratory supplies.
